RCF Connects is a leading motivator in Contra Costa County in the field of transformative philanthropy and community change. We encourage our neighbors and resident leaders to share stories and knowledge, and embrace and celebrate shared values and differences. We understand that folks in our community not only want their truths and stories to be heard, but meaningful and impactful opportunities to arise that will allow real change on the issues they care about. We are here to manifest that change.
Everyone has a role to play in building a better community.
Convene
We gather people and build systems to disrupt racist, biased, and discriminatory practices. We amplify the voices of our community to direct and demand change for the betterment of all.
Facilitate
We facilitate the infrastructure and provide operational support for grassroot programs and partnerships designed to amplify equity in our communities.
Fund
We fund and support grassroot, equity-focused partners looking to pilot and amplify services for the community, by the community. Our ultimate goal: to put power in the hands of our community.
